Michele Rutt brings 30 years of electrical contracting experience and a decade of classroom instruction to Apex. As a multi-state Master Electrician, she helps students connect NEC requirements with practical, real-world applications—building the knowledge and confidence needed to prepare for electrical licensing exams.
Field Knowledge, Taught Clearly
Michele's background spans electrical operations, licensing, code compliance, and business leadership. That combination shapes how Apex teaches — students learn the code in the context of how it is actually applied on the job, not as an abstract set of rules.
Michele also mentors electricians progressing from apprenticeship toward Master licensure and business ownership.
